The Apprentice’s Role:

This is an exciting and new opportunity for a pro-active customer focussed candidate, who will support new and existing customers in a busy technical/retail environment working from our main office in Plymouth. There will be an element of technical support services and the promoting of refurbished products through our online services.

You will be part of the customer services team, responsible for basic technical and customer support for our refurbished products (iPhones, iPad and Watches). You will assist in providing our customers excellent technical support in a supervised office environment, ensuring that you provide them with the relevant and correct information to ensure an exceptional buying experience. This will ensure the company’s online profile remains high and would encourage repeat custom.

Tasks will vary, but include:

- Providing excellent customer service at all times both face to face and over the phone.
- Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone, email and social media.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds and exchanges. Liaising with the relevant departments.
- Supporting basic business requirements (production of bills of receipts, sales orders, etc…)
- Contribute to maintaining our Google Business and Trust Pilot online profiles.

Working Hours:

You will be working 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Friday 9am until 5:30pm. There will be a requirement to work occasional Saturday mornings but there will be a fixed half-day off mid-week.


You will be paid £157.50 per week.


28 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays) will be paid each year, during the course of your apprenticeship.
